The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing compensation structures and employee benefits programs that align with the organizations strategic goals across Latin America. This role ensures internal equity external competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
On a typical day you will:
Support the implementation testing and/or delivery of merit pay programs incentive and bonus plans reward and recognition budgets/planning pay equity and compliance job evaluation surveys market data analysis labor forecasting/workforce planning budgeting project management vendor relationships etc.
Drive changes and implementation of compensation programs processes and tools which may include testing to validate applicability to local market situations and driving implementation at a local level within the context of global guidelines.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to educate on the proper management of the salary structures. Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations for adjustments providing guidance for salary offers and supporting the collective increases ensuring compliance with local legislation union agreements and others compensation regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs including health dental vision life insurance disability retirement plans and wellness initiatives according to each country.
Prepare compensation and benefits reports for internal stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends risks and opportunities in total rewards. Maintain HRIS and compensation/benefits modules with accurate and up-to-date information. Support audits and ensure data integrity across systems.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits roles.
Bachelors degree in Human resources Business Administration Finance or related field.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM)
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Fluent Spanish English and Portuguese
Experience working with large dynamic matrixed organizations
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of stakeholders including Senior Leadership
Ability to develop deep connections with stakeholders across the company that build trust instill confidence and enable the development and deployment of critical programs.
