Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic cross-functional corporate real estate team supporting our financial institution client as a part of JLLs Project and Development Services group.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator at JLL you will be directly responsible for supporting a construction project
management team to deliver challenging projects. Being forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will collect manage and prepare project documentation including contracts budgets schedules and meeting minutes. Your interest in construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.

You are accountable collaborative and demonstrate enthusiasm for implementing innovative ideas in a team environment. You are proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the needs of the team regarding data accuracy reporting and project deliverables while leveraging project management related technology. Well expect you to act decisively think big and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Most importantly youll want to contribute to a diverse supportive and talented team.
Requirements
- (2) years of experience related to construction project management is strongly preferred but experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector will also be considered.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Architecture Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to identify and manage multiple priorities and have the flexibility to work as part of a team or independently as needed to support the objectives.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
