I have a client in Newton NC seeking a Production Supervisor for their heat exchanger manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who can guide production employees keep operations running smoothly and support the team in meeting quality and efficiency goals.
The Production Supervisor will oversee production staff coordinate workflow move and stage materials as needed and address issues on the floor as they arise. This role reports directly to the Production Manager and requires a strong presence on the shop floor.
This is a temporary-to-possible permanent position and must be worked fully on-site.
Qualifications:
2 years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience
Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
Ability to coordinate workflow solve problems on the floor and maintain safety standards
Experience in HVAC heat exchangers or metalworking industries is a plus
Experience with with staging materials troubleshooting and moving parts
Knowledge of safety practices and quality control standards
- Proficient in driving productivity and ensure production goals are met
