Position:Production & Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift
Location:USA Adams MA
Compensation:approx. $90k$110k
Summary
The 3rd Shift Supervisor is responsible for: (1) overseeing and responding to maintenance and production activities. (2) producing sufficient product at budgeted rates to meet sales demands; (3) ensuring the quality of products produced; (4) sustaining good employee communication and morale to ensure a motivated and productive labor force (5) promoting and facilitating the progress of High Performance Work Systems within the department and (6) performing other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Work Hours: 3rd Shift 10:00 PM ET 6:00 AM ET. Must have ability to work the shift/number of hours in which duties need to be accomplished including overtime holidays and weekends as necessary. Callins may occur as needed.
Working Conditions:
Safety Training: A new employee hired to perform the duties of this position is to be provided New Employee Training from a qualified individual which consists of classroom training and may include a tour of plant area(s). Additional refresher safety training will be required as management deems appropriate and/or as dictated by MSHA regulations.
