Purpose of the Role
To lead a smooth student-centered admissions process that supports enrollment goals and reflects ISPs values of care integrity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings shortlisting interviews offers)
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Support employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns
Assist in onboarding and induction processes
Operations:
Maintain and update HR records and documentation
Support payroll inputs leave management and attendance systems
Assist with compliance checks background verifications and safeguarding documentation
Coordinate employee life cycle activities (joining confirmation exit)
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across campuses
Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
Familiarity with HR systems tools and recruitment platforms
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Human Resources Business or related field
5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations preferably in education or service sectors
