Key Account Manager for Animal Health Division - Aqua Team
Human Health Division will not consider.
Job Summary
The key account manager is responsible for handling the important customers that make up the highest percentage of business unit sales build and maintain a good relationship with the customers.
The key account manager will be the major contact point all key customer matters and response to the clients needs to promote customers performance.
The key account manager will also help in team management
Job Responsibilities
Routinely (70% of time) plans for field visit responsible key customers
Coordinate with marketing team to in develop key account business strategy to deliver sales achievement.
Analyze and communicate team needs customer needs & feedback to the business.
Establish sales forecast
Work as good teamwork and support customer and team growth.
Contributes to achieve maximal sales and market share
Routinely (30% of time) plans for field visit with PSR and coaches the PSR of the following areas:
Recruit and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills
Set up KPIs to appraise staffs performance
Lead supervise and support team members to ensure that they will achieve their own targets and career growth.
Identifies training needs for individual PSR to close his/her competency gap
Monitor the PSRs development as planned
Initiates report on time suggests actions that have an impact on future.
Report to management include sales performance promotional activity competitive activity and manpower development plans.
Cooperate with other departments to fulfill assigned tasks
Job Qualifications
Minimum 4 years with specific to sales experiences. Bachelors in Veterinary Science Fishing Science Animal Husbandry or related field background is preferable.
Good in data analytic strategic thinking planning and execution.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Strong negotiation skills with ability follow-through on client contracts
Good leadership and coaching skills.
