Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through product recommendation and advice based on customers needs
Achieve personal and shop sales target
Act as the brand ambassador to deliver excellent customer service product knowledge and advice to customers
Proactively engage with customers and handle enquiries creating a positive shopping experience
Retrieve stocks from stockroom
Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the store
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level / NITEC
Comfortable working retail hours including weekends and public holidays
Passion in serving customers and interest in the fashion retail industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
People oriented and sales driven
