Job Summary
Position : Asst. Sales Manager
Industry : Coal
Key Responsibility
Sales and Marketing:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Identify and develop new accounts to grow the customer base.
Market Research:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare market intelligence data and provide actionable insights to the management.
Business Development:
- Build and maintain a strong customer base.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
- Establish new relationships and maintain existing ones with customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare sales reports analyze performance and share updates with management
Required Candidate Profile
- 35 years of experience in sales and marketing within the coal industry.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred MBA or equivalent).
