Job Description Summary
As a member of the Shared Services team you will support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function as well as handling first level queries from employees and managers. Critical to the maintenance of internal records the People Services Advisor
supports every aspect of the People function through execution of process in a compliant and timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
- Maintain life-cycle process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boarding
- Focus on complex tasks / projects
- Manages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance
- Carry out HR operations activities in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements
- Coordinates and supports local Talent Acquisition coordination
- Create/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requested
- Supporting projects and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 1-2 years of working experience in similar role in HR Services
- Fluent in English and French/Italian/Spanish language(s) both oral and written
- Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage
- Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Good time management and ability to prioritize
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience
- Knowledge of HR labor law is an advantage
