Our client is one of Australias largest and best regarded coffin and casket manufacturers in Australia with branches and workshops in every state in the country.
Due to company growth 2 exciting opportunities have become available for committed proactive and qualified Furniture Finishers/Polishers to join their team.

The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum 3 years experience as a Furniture/French Polisher
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of polishing tools
- Ability to work from drawings
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to achieve a flawless finish
- Proficient with Spray guns/spray booths
(Only single pack pre-cast finish paints used on solid timber and MDF)
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Enhancing the natural beauty of the wood surface
- Preparation of the wood surface
- Mix and apply stains
- Application of Varnishes and lacquer
- Repair inaccuracies
- Inspect finish surfaces
Work hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:20pm - Overtime available
Salary range: AU$75.000-76000
Relocation Packages:
This position is on a full-time basis and we encourage international applicants to apply as full work sponsorship is on offer.
To be eligible for an Australian work permit you must have completed a successful Skill Assessment or willing to undertake Skill Assessment and English IELTS.

- Assist for the first month of rental
- Assist with Taxation and Banking
