Work Hours (Shift) 2nd Shift (2:30pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday)
Starting Pay $21.00 per hour

Required Experience None
Perform tasks to prepare and refine parts ensuring they meet quality expectations. Work collaboratively to address and resolve any issues that arise during the process
Responsibilities
- Mix and cast materials according to supplier specifications ensuring consistent results across all production runs.
- Trim and finish parts by removing flash vents sprues and gates to match master models accurately.
- Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Utilize tools such as sandpaper files and hand or power tools to achieve the required finish levels.
- Communicate with project leads and team members to troubleshoot issues and meet project timelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules operating instructions and manuals as well as write routine reports and effectively communicate with team members or groups.
- Competence in basic math operations
- Strong reasoning skills to follow written oral or diagram-based instructions and address challenges
- Capability to perform tasks requiring standing walking lifting 50 pounds and distinguishing between colors and hues as well as safely using tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
