Elevat3 LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who specialize in commercial HVAC systems and are dedicated to providing high-quality service troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for installing maintaining and servicing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in retail and commercial settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Install repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems including heating ventilation and air conditioning units.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal HVAC regulations and safety standards.
- Perform system testing and adjust controls for optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Keep detailed records of repairs maintenance and installations for compliance and reporting.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete service requests efficiently. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC Technician in the retail or commercial sector.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC codes standards and safety regulations.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- EPA Certification (preferred).
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in various environments including rooftops and confined spaces. What We Offer:
