Duties & Responsibilities
- Controlling and supervising the litigation process both Civil cases and criminal cases compromise process both before and during and after the prosecution judgement until the process of investigation and execution.
- Preparing the criteria for hiring outsourcing companies regulations setting the collection fee service fee and check of expenses according to the service agreement.
- Controlling supervising and recovering bad debt and debtor sales loss (Collected assigned to outsourced companies).
- Considering recruiting/selecting outsourcing companies preparing service agreements and preparing a power of attorney.
- Checking the recording of results reports of the auction of confiscated repossessed cars Debt Collected and Legal Action.
- Checking the progress. Vehicles that are seized by government departments in criminal cases.
- Handling the fieldwork in case of visits and external inspecting the OA/OLA Office various government departments fact-checking in case of criminal cases etc.
- Summarizing the monthly performance report.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality male or female 39-45 years old.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field or any field.
- At least 10 years of experience in telecall operation as a supervisor above.
- Can solve problems and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
