Job Description

Our client specializes in the automotive leasing and financing business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Controlling and supervising the litigation process both Civil cases and criminal cases compromise process both before and during and after the prosecution judgement until the process of investigation and execution.
Preparing the criteria for hiring outsourcing companies regulations setting the collection fee service fee and check of expenses according to the service agreement.
Controlling supervising and recovering bad debt and debtor sales loss (Collected assigned to outsourced companies).
Considering recruiting/selecting outsourcing companies preparing service agreements and preparing a power of attorney.
Checking the recording of results reports of the auction of confiscated repossessed cars Debt Collected and Legal Action.
Checking the progress. Vehicles that are seized by government departments in criminal cases.
Handling the fieldwork in case of visits and external inspecting the OA/OLA Office various government departments fact-checking in case of criminal cases etc.
Summarizing the monthly performance report.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Thai nationality male or female 39-45 years old.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field or any field.
At least 10 years of experience in telecall operation as a supervisor above.
Can solve problems and able to work under pressure.
Good communication skills.
