About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our Coty Luxury Malaysia team. You will support the execution of digital and commercial strategies across our luxury beauty portfolio working with cross-functional teams to enhance online performance and user experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to content campaigns data analysis and market insights to help drive growth and elevate brand presence online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Plan and execute e-commerce promotional activities (Lazada / Shopee / Zalora / Tiktok / ) aligned with the Integrated Commercial Planning process. Ensure accurate setup of promotions (e.g. bundles discounts vouchers) and manage inventory accordingly.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. design brand) and external partners (e.g. agencies platforms) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce plans and campaigns. Provide daily operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution.
- Support and monitor digital initiatives including KOL campaigns content creation social media posting (Xiaohongshu Instagram TikTok Facebook) and livestreams to drive traffic and engagement across platforms.
- Track measure and report on the performance of eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives. Leverage data analytics to develop actionable strategies for demand generation customer acquisition and retention.
- Perform regular market analysis and competitive benchmarking particularly within the luxury beauty category to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in continuous improvement in the online shopping journey from product content to customer service ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
- Work with internal teams to develop best-practice eCommerce content aligned with global standards and localized for impact.
WHAT YOULL BRING |
ESSENTIAL:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical number sense and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Must have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability
- Interest or background in the luxury beauty industry is a plus.
