The Role:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to fee earners and solicitors
- Prepare and format legal documents correspondence and contracts
- Manage diary scheduling court dates and client appointments
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and case files
- Support billing and document management processes
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards
The Person:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary (essential)
- Strong knowledge of legal processes terminology and documentation
- Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office case management systems)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a busy office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
