Job Description
Join our Operations team and play a hands-on role in managing and improving the daily
functions of our business. Youll contribute to innovative projects that support BodySpecs
national expansion and enhance service delivery.
First-year Production and Support Specialists in Austin can expect to earn up to $70200 in total
cash compensation plus equity.

What Youll Do
- Operate a CNC router 3D printers drills saws and other tools to assist in the assembly testing deployment and enhancement of our equipment storefronts and fleet.
- Serve as a first responder for emergency issues affecting daily operations across multiple states. Proactively communicate with the broader team to help reduce downtime and improve service quality.
- Monitor daily reports and logs to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
- Assist with repairs and help manage parts inventory for both repairs and new builds.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure smooth efficient operations.
What Were Looking For
- Mechanical experience is a strong plusbut not required. Whats essential is your enthusiasm to learn and apply technical skills.
- Members of the Operations team share responsibility for monitoring and managing emergency issues including some weekend on-call coverage.
- Primary work will be based in our Austin TX office with occasional travel to other BodySpec regions.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60000
- Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of base salary annually ($4200) - half paid in cash ($2100) half in stock options
- Team Revenue Bonus: $500/month when we hit monthly goals ($6000 annually - we hit our goals 9 out of 12 months in 2024)
- Total Cash Compensation: Up to $70200
- Equity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance
