Full Time - Hourly

At Hormel Foods base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base hiring pay for this role is$20.30 per hour.

• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States a lawful permanent resident or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now or any time in the future require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on crew efficiently loading turkeys following established guidelines and as instructed by the supervisor.
• Follow Live Haul sanitation procedures perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Position includes varying start times work hours working conditions and some weekends as scheduled.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to wear respiratory protection equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Due to respiratory safety factors this position requires a personal hygiene policy of no beards.
