Summary:
Were seeking a friendly professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. Youll greet customers answer calls direct inquiries and provide administrative support to sales service and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors in a friendly professional manner and determine their needs.
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately using the dealerships phone system.
Provide basic information about dealership services promotions and hours of operation.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to assist customers and relay messages.
Monitor customer waiting areas to ensure comfort and offer refreshments if applicable.
Schedule service appointments and update customer records in the dealership management system.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing scanning data entry and document preparation.
Support dealership events customer follow-ups and marketing efforts as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred especially in an automotive setting.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning dealership management software.
Ability to multi-task prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable punctual and detail-oriented.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally (for mail supplies etc.).
