Accommodation Receptionist - Part Time - Cairns

We currently have an opportunity forAccommodation Receptionist. Join ourBase and Estate Management team and play a key role inassisting with day to day running of accommodation and room bookings. Reporting to theCleaning and Housekeeping Supervisoryoull help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Maintaining Reservation Booking Systems
• Ensuring room information is up to date in real time
• Relay information to cleaning and housekeeping personnel to ensure all requests are responded too
• Perform the daily accommodation and reception desk services
• Handle customer queries and requests within suitable time frames
• Ensure accurate filing and record keeping are maintained

What Youll Bring (experience required)

• Certificate II in Business Administration or relevant industry experience in a similar role
• Pleasant out-going personality and positive attitude
• Experience with a Reservation Management System (desirable)
• Suitability for Defence security clearance(Australian Citizenship Mandatory)
