Spectrum for Living is a not-for-profit organization committed to serving adults with developmental and physical disabilities. We provide barrier-free residential and day programs as well as a full range of support services including medical and nursing care psychological support recreational and educational programming therapeutic services respite care and supported employment opportunities.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Director to oversee our residential homes in Paramus Maywood and Elmwood Park. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and have proven experience in the field we encourage you to apply and join our team.
The Program Director provides leadership and supervision to ensure high-quality person-centered care and services. This role oversees all property management and ensures compliance with fire safety health licensing and agency standards. The Program Director manages program budgets and financial oversight for program-assigned funds and develops monitors and evaluates Individualized Habilitation Plans and behavioral programs in alignment with best practices and Spectrum for Livings standards.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess a bachelors degree in Psychology or a related field supervisory experience working with developmentally disabled adults and knowledge of DDD licensing standards. Strong communication leadership and organizational skills are essential to effectively manage staff support clients and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards.
