Job Title: Freelance Architect
Type: Freelance / Project-Based
About Us:
We are a creative design studio looking for a Freelance Architect to bring innovative concepts to life. This is a per-project paid role with no income cap ideal for independent professionals who thrive on creativity and delivering high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts and designs using Sketch Up and other design tools.
- Create 3D renderings and visualisations for client presentations.
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals.
- Collaborate with clients to refine designs and secure approvals.
- Deliver projects on time and with excellence.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Skilled in Sketch Up 3D modelling and rendering software.
- Strong grasp of architectural design principles and client requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects independently.
Payment:
- Per-project basis with no income cap the more projects you deliver the more you earn.
