INNOCEAN USA a full-service advertising agency is looking for a skilled Digital Account Executive to join our team on a long-term freelance basis!

INNOCEAN is a full-service advertising agency in sunny Huntington Beach CA and we are looking for an Account Executive for our Digital Account Management Digital Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of clients automotive OEM website and related initiatives and whose support helps ensure that the agency delivers quality work on time and within budget. This role needs to have experience in a (digital capacity) at a full-service agency or client services environment. The successful candidate should possess good client contact skills including but not limited to conducting presentations trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the client on a daily basis to identify needs and expectations on website optimizations and campaign initiatives
  • Initiate projects derived from media plan client/business needs and creative ideas.
  • Deliver on various site updates and self-contained projects unaided. Takes ownership of deliverables and facilitates work effectively across internal teams and vendors.
  • Brief creative and production teams on project initiatives including website maintenance development and asset generation
  • Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary
  • Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps
  • Facilitate internal and client reviews update status documents legal routing contact reports and meeting coordination
  • Results owner can articulate past results and measurements strategy/optimizations
  • Be the steward of the agencys brand management system and show solid knowledge of the clients business (including pricing product sales marketing channels strategies and competitive landscape).

Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal process
  • Manages relationships with ongoing partners/vendors

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Abilities

  • You can present confidently and effectively to internal teams as well as in client presentations
  • Your organization skills are top notch and youre able to manage multiple projects efficiently on a very fast-paced account
  • Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls and recommendations
  • You feel at ease fostering positive relationships with clients external partners and internal teams

Experience and Education

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client services function within a Digital Marketing Advertising or Business related field.

Technical Knowledge

  • Knowledgeable in MS software Word Power Point and Excel
  • Knowledgeable in web development process

Salary range:$65000 to $77000

Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience client training and transferable skills.
