Job Purposes
Diperlukan competent Mortgage Sales yang dapat menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan profitability perusahaan agar terus tumbuh dan berkelanjutan melalui pencapaian target
Job Purposes
Main Accountabilities
- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan mortgage yang telah ditetapkan sesuai dengan Skema KPI & Insentif
- Berkewajiban untuk melakukan KYC terhadap calon debitur sesuai dengan Panduan Verifikasi Calon Debitur Mortgage ter-update
- Bertanggung jawab atas proses aplikasi secara end to end mulai dari collect data (sesuai mandatory document yang berlaku) sampai dengan proses pencairan dana kredit
- Bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan wewenang POA dan pelaksanaan Survey by Sales
- Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan follow up atas pemenuhan TBO Dokumen
- Bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga business relationship dan sebagai PIC Branch Network / Alternate Channel yang telah ditentukan
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mengikuti dan menyelesaikan training baik e-learning maupun training program yang telah ditentukan
- Selalu berpenampilan rapi (Office look) menjalankan kode etik dan nilai-nilai Perusahaan (Corporate values)
- Tidak melakukan tindakan atau bekerjasama/ men-tolerir upaya Fraud (baik internal maupun eksternal) dan menjalankan Operasional Sales sesuai dengan ketentuan SOP dan norma yang berlaku
- Turut bertanggung jawab menjaga kualitas kredit debitur yang dibukukan oleh Mortgage Specialist bersangkutan
