Job Description:

CI Aviation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are eager to start or advance their career in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department assisting with recruiting onboarding employee records and other HR processes. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting employees and management.


Hybrid role mandatory 3 days in office


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist with job postings resume tracking interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing new hire materials and coordinating orientations.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records files and HR documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining job descriptions and postings.
  • Respond to general employee questions and direct inquiries to appropriate HR staff as needed.
  • Support HR compliance initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous internship coursework or administrative experience in HR or office support (preferred but not required).
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $42K$47K BOE
  • Benefits: Health Dental Vision Supplemental Life (AFLAC Sun Life)
