Key Accountabilities:
- Automotive business - Leader in Quality concerns and solving/close follow up quality issue relate to customer and supplier.
- High responsibility for job assignments.
- APQP team responsibility: as quality Leader to review PPAP and all quality tasks to meet project plan.
- Lead & manage automotive customer quality requirement (Refer to Supplier Quality Assurance Manual: SQAM) Quality inspection.
- On site working at supplier/customer plant as assignment.
- Monitor & improve annual PPM result to meet target.
- Annual supplier audit of quality system supporting customer audit.
- Work closely with all suppliers to deliver good part 4M change monitor and report.
- Timely and accurate delivery of Quality related documents (SPPAP PPM monthly report...)
- Work with Engineering/manufacturing departments globally and at Supplier to identify and implement Quality & Manufacturing related opportunities.
- Manage quality documents (PPAP SPPAP) and other to be up to date and maintain in system.
- Assist in Supplier training as required.
- Corrective and preventive action in case of Quality failure.
- Creates actively a safe working environment for both Donaldson resident and supplier staff.
Key Qualification & Requirement:
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 yrs with experience in a Quality role in SQE and/or CQE.
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and Thai.
- Strong Leader independent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Quality tools for Automotive; example CMM inspection 8D report Control Plans PFMEA Cpk SPC ELV.
- Knowledge of TS16949 quality system management PPAP specialist statistical analysis.
Leadership Competence:
- Business acumen
- Independent and self-motivation.
- Ability to work constructively in a matrix structure.
- Problem analysis and Solution solving.
Relevant Experience:
- 3yrs experience in Automotive business in Quality role.
- Preference for CQE/SQE
- Plastic injection experience will be good advantage.
Others:
- Fluent (verbal/written) English & Thai.
- Limited travel < 5% (95% located in Rayong Area)
