About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Basis Manager to lead our SAP technical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Basis administration and management and will oversee the design implementation and maintenance of our SAP environments. This role requires strategic planning and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SAP Basis team providing direction mentorship and development opportunities.
Oversee SAP system architecture installations upgrades and migrations to ensure seamless integration and operation.
Develop and implement strategies for system monitoring maintenance and performance optimization.
Ensure system security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to align SAP solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to SAP systems and services.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage emerging technologies to enhance SAP capabilities.
Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and resource allocation for SAP projects.

About You

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of managing SAP system landscapes including installations upgrades and migrations.
Experience with SAP Rise in general (Process etc.)
SAP OS/DB Migration on Public Cloud (RISE- AWS Azure GCP)
S/4hana Experience - Greenfield Brownfield Smartfield etc.
Pre Sales and business development work for solution architect design on sap enterprise landscapes

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Basis certification is highly desirable.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with SAP S/4hana and B/W4hana. - RISE BTP as SaaS.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
