Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Execute specialized technical tasks in line with quality and safety standards.
Oversee the rest: repair damaged propellers using techniques like welding balancing and re-pitching.
Recondition propellers to ensure optimal performance and durability.
Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions.
Stay updated on latest propeller technologies and materials.
Train and mentor team members promoting skill development.
Maintain detailed records of repair and reconditioning activities.
Support cross-functional teams and site visits for deeper technical analysis.
Ensure compliance with quality health safety and environmental guidelines.
Provide technical guidance to peers and improve workshop processes.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to mentor and provide feedback to team members.
