Executive Relations Liaison will work with Apples most demanding influential and high profile customer under aggressive time government and consumer advocacy officers to communicate official positioning on company creative solutions to complete customer and escalates emerging product or customer opportunities for operational improvements and suggests improvement for damage control customer recovery and retention
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English written and spoken at a fluent level
2 years of customer-facing experience with knowledge of Apple products and warranty policies in Australia New Zealand and/ or Southeast Asian markets
