A career within Deals Services based in our Penang office will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients provide advice and support from initiation through to deal short we help some of the worlds leading companies originate create execute and realize value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

You will be given the opportunity to deliver work across several competency groups covering due diligence work valuations and business restructuring services.

As an Experienced Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assisting the team in various aspects of the project

  • Preparing deliverables

  • Contributing to the development of your own and teams technical acumen

  • Keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Ensuring adherence to compliance matters

  • Developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

  • Being actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting Economics Finance or any other relevant disciplines and/or a professional accounting qualification.

  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers

  • Strong leadership teamwork and client servicing skills

  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English
