Helping our customers through the challenging process of water and fire damage cleanup is what a Project Manager does from start to finish. Our Franchise is seeking a person who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations enjoys meeting new people has excellent communication skills and is a serious multi-tasker. Primary Responsibilities
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Educate customers on the remediation process
- Obtain site photos create an accurate sketch of all affected areas and create an initial estimate and scope of work for all projects
- Analyze labor equipment and time requirements for each project
- Recognize project constraints
- Deliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using estimating platform
- Conduct site visits as needed throughout project life
- High School Diploma required associate or bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in estimating and/or insurance adjusting
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficient use of Xactimate and DocuSketch preferred
- Advanced math skills
- Must have good driving record
