Job Description:

Job Objective:The Human Resources Business Partner supports programs by administering HR policies and procedures. The HR Business Partner carries out responsibilities in recruitment and on-boarding training and development employee benefits and wellness employee relations and outplacement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Two (2) Four (4) years of Human Resources experience
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or SHRM CP preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Experience supervising exempt staff preferred
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans. Network through industry contacts association memberships social media colleges etc. to develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Manages hiring and on-boarding of staff ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements and Easterseals policies.
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems evaluating and implementing solutions by counseling and coaching managers and employees.
  • Assists in the evaluation of decisions and results of programs in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed.
  • Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing data and trends. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining networks and participating in professional organizations.
  • Handles employee relations counseling outplacement and exit interviews.
  • Identify facilitate and participate in relevant staff trainings and workshops.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Travel to office sites required.

Compensation: Salary $70000 based on experience and education.

Hours:Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm. 2 days per week in Manchester 3 days a week in Stratham/Rochester.
