We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts at the Junior Mid and Senior levels to provide critical support to all-source intelligence analysis threat assessments and CI operations.Your Mission
As a CI Analyst you will produce all-source intelligence products to assess foreign intelligence entities capabilities intentions and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel resources and interests worldwide. You will directly support senior officials collectors and operators across DoD the IC and law enforcement agencies contributing to DIAs CI programs and mission objectives.What Youll Do
- Analyze regional and functional CI topics including foreign intelligence threats to the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) DoD supply chains and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment and provide actionable recommendations to U.S. government decision-makers.
- Support senior officials collectors and operators with intelligence assessments briefings and operational guidance.
- Produce analytic products assessing foreign intelligence capabilities intentions and vulnerabilities to U.S. DoD operations.
- Apply knowledge of CI capabilities tradecraft and foreign intelligence activities to develop CI strategies.
- Collaborate across military intelligence and interagency teams to ensure comprehensive threat coverage.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to training initiatives as needed.
Education & Experience (based on level):
- Senior Level: Masters degree 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelors degree 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelors degree 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelors degree 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Proven experience producing CI or all-source intelligence analytic products.
- Strong ability to assess foreign intelligence threats and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for authoring reports briefings and assessments.
- Experience collaborating across DoD IC and interagency partners.
- Prior experience supporting DIA or DoD CI programs.
- Familiarity with CI operational tools and methodologies.
- Experience mentoring or training other analysts.
- Regional expertise or experience supporting a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR).
