We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Collections Managers at the Junior Mid and Senior levels to optimize intelligence collection operations evaluate multi-INT collection effectiveness and ensure timely and actionable intelligence for U.S. government decision-makers.Your Mission
As a Collections Manager you will play a critical role in planning evaluating and managing intelligence collection efforts to support national security objectives. You will collaborate across the Intelligence Community (IC) to identify gaps validate collection requirements and produce actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making.What Youll Do
- Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform consumers of developments trends and relevance through a range of analytical products.
- Collaborate with IC partners to understand intelligence needs identify gaps and optimize collection strategies.
- Evaluate multi-INT collection plans for efficiency effectiveness and alignment with operational requirements.
- Manage large datasets ensure data consistency and produce visualizations and models to communicate findings.
- Develop methods to assess whether collection requirements have been satisfied using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) Measures of Performance (MOPs) and other metrics.
- Identify collection gaps and emerging trends; test assumptions assess options and provide recommendations to refine collection strategies.
- Conduct statistical analyses using tools such as Matlab SPSS SAS S-PLUS or R.
- Produce analyses identifying gaps in collection methods and model future collection scenarios for Collection Strategists Intelligence Planners and Collection Enterprise Architects.
- Support continuous improvement of collection processes and provide feedback to enhance intelligence operations.
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):
- Senior Level: Masters degree 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelors degree 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelors degree 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelors degree 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Graduate of an in-residence DoD/IC collection management course.
- Proven experience applying multi-INT collection strategies and assessing intelligence value.
- Strong ability to manage large datasets develop visualizations and analyze complex intelligence problems.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (Matlab SPSS SAS S-PLUS R or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting briefings and collaboration across IC partners.
- Prior experience in collection planning evaluation or IC operational support.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community collection systems tools or workflows.
- Experience mentoring or training junior analysts or collection staff.
- Regional expertise or experience supporting a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR).
