Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Student Recruitment Strategy
i. Lead the design and execution of international recruitment strategies to meet student intake and revenue targets.
ii. Identify and prioritize high-potential markets based on enrollment trends market insights and business performance data.
iii. Set market-specific goals and monitor performance against targets.
2. Stakeholder & Partner Management
i. Build and maintain strong partnerships with international recruitment agents educational institutions and strategic partners.
ii. Represent our client at global education fairs agent networking events and partnership meetings.
iii. Manage and enhance partner onboarding training and performance tracking processes.
3. Team Leadership
i. Lead coach and supervise the International Sales Senior Manager and team of international Education Counselors.
ii. Foster a high-performance student-centric culture focused on conversion relationship management and service excellence.
iii. Ensure the team is trained in compliance cultural sensitivity sales techniques and up-to-date program information.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
i. Work closely with Marketing to support lead generation branding and campaign execution in international markets.
ii. Coordinate with Admissions Academic and Visa/Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and enrollment processes for international students.
iii. Provide regular feedback to academic and operational teams on market needs and student preferences.
5. Reporting & Performance Analysis
i. Monitor sales funnel performance (inquiries applications offers conversions) across all international regions.
ii. Provide insights and reports to senior leadership on market performance risks and opportunities.
iii. Optimize recruitment activities based on data analytics and market feedback.
