Job Descriptions
Oversees and drives the B2B strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximise growth opportunities
Defines the strategy and direction of the sales team in the Non-Jabo area
Involved in hiring and performance managing the sales team to achieve the sales strategy and objectives as defined
Plays a critical role in expanding the companys footprint in the B2B market identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Having experiences min. 7-10 years in B2B sales with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role for Logistics and/or manufacturing industry
Experiences in developing a Go To Market sales plan and In-depth knowledge of sales strategies CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales forecasting tools
Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results
Strong in B2B background and have undestanding of market outside Jabodetabek especially Bandung Semarang Yogyakarta and Surabaya area
Willing to travel frequently
