Job Description

Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. Launched in 2014 we started operations in Singapore and have become the regions largest and fastest growing last-mile logistics company partnering with over 35000 merchants and delivering more than 1000 parcels every minute across six countries.

Job Descriptions

    • Oversees and drives the B2B strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximise growth opportunities
    • Defines the strategy and direction of the sales team in the Non-Jabo area
    • Involved in hiring and performance managing the sales team to achieve the sales strategy and objectives as defined
    • Plays a critical role in expanding the companys footprint in the B2B market identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
    • Having experiences min. 7-10 years in B2B sales with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role for Logistics and/or manufacturing industry
    • Experiences in developing a Go To Market sales plan and In-depth knowledge of sales strategies CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales forecasting tools
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results
    • Strong in B2B background and have undestanding of market outside Jabodetabek especially Bandung Semarang Yogyakarta and Surabaya area
    • Willing to travel frequently
