Pay:
HK$26908 to HK$37590 (HGPS Point 9 to 15) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Job:
1.
Provide administrative and clerical support for the daily operation of the Cluster HR Division including manpower planning and recruitment compensation and benefit and leave administration separation processingand performance management etc.
2.
Handle internal/external enquiries and complaints on related staff issues and assist in staff interviews and notes taking.
3.
Assist in coordinating meetings activities programmes and other staff events.
4.
Supervise junior clerical staff in performing their day-to-day duties and make improvement initiations to their workflows for enhancing the efficiency/accuracy.
5.
Process verify and compile forms and data effectively and accurately. Assist in preparation of management reports and data analysis when necessary.
6.
Handle correspondences enquiries feedbacks complaints and confidential documents.
7.
Communicate and liaise with various stakeholders and provide assistance when necessary.
8.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements :
1.
(a)
Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B) Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
OR
(b)
5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
Level 2 in English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics;
and
Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ Attained in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent.
2.
3 years clerical experience with thorough understanding of the functions and operations in human resources.
Preferable Attributes :
1.
Self-motivated good interpersonal and communication skills in liaison with various stakeholders.
2.
Ability to organize work and supervise junior clerical staff.
3.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4.
Independent and able to work under pressure.
5.
Willing to work outside normal office hours when necessary.
6.
Familiar with the HA HR Policies Manual and HR Administration Manual.
7.
Familiar with the Human Capital Management (HCM) system including the checking and input functions.
8.
Familiar with basic office automation and PC applications including MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint etc.
9.
Possess post-secondary qualification in HR or related disciplines will be an advantage.
10.
Good observation and analytical skills
Remarks :
1.
Serving staff who have completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 3 years clerical experience within HA may also be considered.
