Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Collection of customer insights from internal and external data sources and derivation of strategic recommendations
  • Design and implementation of market research projects with external service providers (e.g. pre-tests & post-campaign tracking of communication measures)
  • Monitoring and interpretation of brand development in all MediaMarktSaturn countries using the so-called Brand Health Tracking as well as deriving strategies based on driver analysis of the Brand Equity Index (a metric for measuring brand strength)
  • Conducting pre-launch analyses using a test and control group approach to evaluate and optimize in-store measures
  • Close collaboration and coordination with various internal stakeholders including Brand & Strategy Campaigning and other business units
  • Strategic assessment of new potential areas (e.g. cooperation partners new target groups)
  • Preparation and (result) presentation for and to internal stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a comparable qualification
  • Initial relevant professional experience in marketing CRM market research or an advertising agency is desirable
  • First knowledge of market research including various methods is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • Confident demeanor and assertiveness
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic working style in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both German and English
