We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Management Solution Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have very good communication skills and strong background in project management. Technical background is advantage.
As a Solution Consultant you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from the first idea through the development testing deployment to its continuous product assurance. You will ensure the product solutions that meets the needs of our customers and goes in hand with new trends. You will be main point of contact for internal and external customers and drive communication promotion and escalation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
Develop and execute product strategies that align with the companys vision and goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product roadmaps.
Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize product features enhancements and roadmaps based on client needs and market trends.
Communication:
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and customer service to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data solutions.
Customer Engagement:
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements provide expert advice and deliver tailored solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in product management to continuously improve our products and processes.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize your technical skills to initiate troubleshoot and translate the requirements to the development team.
Drive on time resolution and communications towards affected users.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adopt innovative solutions.
Customer Focus:
Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that meets those requirements yet do not overstep standardized architecture solution of our company
Technical Skills:
Understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with APIs concepts (RESTful WebSockets WebHooks) and ETL/ELT concepts.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
