What can you expect from the Festo Fast Track program
- Valuable and challenging projects within a sales organisation
- Development of important technical and methodological skills as well as Festo knowledge for your target position after the program
- Building a network across different areas and getting to know our Headquarter in Germany for three months
- Executive mentoring and a link to senior management
- Accompanying training development measures and feedback for your further development
What does Festo expect from you
- Successfully completed studies in the field of Engineering preferably a doctorate or MBA
- Several years of professional experience in within a sales environment within a leadership role
- Very good communication and presentation skills also at management level
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Willingness to perform clear leadership ambition and high motivation to want to make a difference and shape things
- Empathy and preferably initial leadership experience
- Experience abroad (at least three months) and international mobility
