It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings which include unique family-themed rooms supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.

We are looking for aF&B Assistant Managerto join our team!

  • Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Lobby Lounge

  • Ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts (including afternoon tea cocktails etc.)

  • Supervise and lead service staff including training scheduling and task delegation

  • Maintain high standards of service hygiene and guest experience in line with Shangri-Las brand

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly

  • Monitor lounge setup cleanliness and overall ambience

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and quality food and beverage service

  • Support in managing inventory stock levels and requisitions

  • Assist in sales promotions upselling and achieving revenue targets

  • Maintain daily reports and support administrative tasks such as duty rosters and staff briefings

  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP local regulations)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations preferably in a hotel lounge/bar

  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
