Job Summary
Position Description:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our dynamic LMS team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating scheduling processes ensuring efficiency and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
High Level Work Expectations:
- 5 years experience designing custom reports for SuccessFactors using Plateau Report Designer (PRD)
- Performing user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment forced completion of content objects and assignment of alternate job codes.
- Providing frontline e-learning tech support to users.
- Diagnosing issues and selecting the right mitigation escalating when needed.
- Communicating professionally with users experiencing technical issues.
- Recording information on each incident for the purpose of identifying trends.
- Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information.
- Proactively sharing concerns with the team and making recommendations where appropriate.
- Working with corporate LMS team for system issues and updates.
- Building curricula items and content objects in the LMS.
- Interact directly with the client
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service role demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team showcasing versatility and adaptability.
- Must be able to work on night shift (supporting U.S. hour) from Monday to Friday (5 working days) and Malaysia public holidays.
- Fully work remotely
