Who you are:
- To ensure high quality 3D product modelling and 2D product documentation for Change Management-process
- Close the gaps between European and Asian teams created by timezone- and cultural differences.
About the job:
Key tasks:
- Deliver detailed 3D and 2D design incl. material for manufacturing and order execution.
- Deliver according to agreed standard in terms of traceability quality processes etc within own responsibility area.
- Support Change Management-processes and ensure maintenance of CAD-generators and -configurators.
- Ensure designs are fit for manufacturing and service in close cooperation with Operations and Service according to specified requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Responsibilities:
- Develop collaboration between design- and operational teams.
- Close the cultural and linguistic gap between Asia and Europe.
- Improve development efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and optimize existing product portfolio

Qualifications and experience:
- Proficient in CAD software preferably Autodesk Inventor with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with PDM solutions i.e. TeamCenter Vault or similar.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams particularly with the head office(s) design team.
- Experience in executing detailed 2D drawings from 3D designs.
- Strong communication skills to ensure clear translation of design intent to manufacturing-teams.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in drawing execution and material preparation.
- Proficiency in English is a requirement both written and spoken
