Job Description
- Act as a project leader for localization projects work with multi function team to launch Emerson products in China factory following standard project gate review process and requirement
- Responsible for manufacturing process selection layout design lead production team to complete product pilot run and improve first pass yield
- Responsible for new equipment introduction production line set up Develop and implement automation and IIOT solutions to continuously improve efficiency
- Develop process documentation provide training to operators and line leaders on new processes materials and equipment
- Continually contribute to quality and efficiency improvements with lean and six sigma tools drive cost down and operation excellent

- Bachelors degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Self-motivated be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Open mined friendly having a phenomenal sense of responsibility
- Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools etc.
- PMP Certificates is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Good communication skills of oral and written English.
