What youll do:
Youll work with CFOs and their teams to design and implement transformation initiatives across Controllership FP&A and Finance Operations. Our Future of Finance offerings support clients with their reinvention and provide you with the necessary leading insights so you can:
Develop and implement future-ready Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models inc. Global Business Services.
Enable Finance to evolve into a Strategic Business Partner by setting the foundations as an insight-led advisory function and develop actionable recommendations to support business outcomes.
Implement Cloud ERP / EPM Automation and AI technologies to enable Process Excellence and drive finance efficiency and effectiveness.
Uplift Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to help clients understand their business performance drivers accelerate decision-making and unlock growth.
What were looking for:
Proven experience in delivering transformation projects in the Finance function including Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (O2C P2P R2R FP&A).
Advisory experience with key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4 OneStream Workday Adaptive Oracle PowerBI).
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends including AI and Agentic Finance.
An academic background in Accounting Finance or Commerce is preferred. Finance qualifications will be highly regarded (e.g. CPA Australia CA ANZ CIMA).
