HR Manager /HR Business Partner #Startup Our client is a sustainability-focused company that develops REDD projects in Southeast Asia. They help businesses advance in their paths of sustainability and connect them with resources and high-quality carbon credits. Their focus is on carbon sequestration projects that bring co-benefits and additionality to nature wildlife biodiversity and local communities.
Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of HR responsibilities functions (manpower planning recruitment onboarding employee relationsgrievance handling staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures training & development policies review payroll verification monthly HR reports etc)
Carry out the recruitment interviewing shortlisting of qualified candidates and selection of candidates.
Provide HR direction and support to management team
Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF IRAS MOM WDA and other agencies
Work with managers to provide advice assistance and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support employee benefits HR policies and practices
Plan budget and execute employee welfare program
Develop implement review and update HR policies & Procedure
Performance management and appraisal
Design compensation and benefits packages
Ensure compliance with employment laws industry practices and its application with current processes in HR daily operations.
Support on HR departmental projects as and when necessary
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Degree with 8 - 12 years of relevant working experience an HR Manager / HR Business Partner preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
Experiences in managing regional employees if required
In-depth knowledge of Singapores employment laws and regulations
Proven ability to manage employees relations conflict resolution and other HR-related legal matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees management and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment adapting quickly to changing business needs.
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related technologies
Experience in managerial or leadership positions within HR demonstrating the ability to handle strategic responsibilities
High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism
