Tasks

- Monitor social media channels for feedback trends and opportunities and provide timely responses to foster community interaction.
- Analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and content initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role preferably within the architecture and planning industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and develop strategies to improve engagement and reach.
