What does this role involve

As productteam leader car seats at Dorel Juvenile you will do more than just lead a team you will shape the direction of an entire product category. You will lead the car seat product team and make sure everything you do lines up with the bigger product vision. Together you will build a strong portfolio manage the full Product Life Cycle and keep a sharp focus on performance across D2C Amazon and retail.

You will dive into data spot trends and turn insights into action. Whether it is tweaking performance on Amazon refining the D2C approach or gearing up for a new launch: you know what works and how to make it happen. You will work closely with smart minds from sales marketing trade marketing and R&D or external partners. Together you will fine-tune strategies define and execute strong go-to-market plans and make sure bold innovations like Slide Tech get the spotlight they deserve.

Leading means being present. So you inspire your team to grow keep them focused and push them to aim higher while also challenging suppliers to stay aligned with business short: you will lead from the front turn vision into action and make sure the car seat category keeps moving forward.

You will be directly employed by Dorel Juvenile.
This is a full-time position with flexibility to work 32-40 hours per week.
You will receive a gross annual salary ranging from 70000 to 90000 (based on 40 hours and your experience and performance).
You will enjoy a competitive pension scheme bonus structure and 28 vacation days.
Frequent travel within Europe and to China visiting retail locations and suppliers.
Growth potential: the opportunity for rapid progression within the company when you perform well.

What do you bring

A strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on product performance and D2C the ability to manage the full product portfolio and maximize performance.
Experience in managing product life cycles and overseeing product development from concept to launch.
Proficient in manipulating and analyzing data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Assertive and capable of driving a team toward achieving set goals while maintaining a hands-on can lead and influence both internal teams and external suppliers through strong interpersonal skills and charisma.
Open to change comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent shifts in you are proactive solution-oriented and willing to take the initiative.
