Within IBG Netherlands Orchard and Fasten specialise in turnkey solutions private label and packaging in the Beauty and Home Care industry. Your role as Team Lead Account Support

In this role youll lead by example; guiding motivating and empowering your team of 3 employees to deliver top results through seamless order execution and continuous process improvement. Together youll make impact by enhancing customer experience and operational performance.

You will:

• Lead coach and inspire the Account Support team to deliver daily business operations from order management to aftersales service;

• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across customer-facing processes;

• Own the forecasting process: define responsibilities train your team and implement effective forecasting tools;

• Monitor key operational KPIs such as order accuracy delivery timeliness and customer satisfaction;

• Serve as the point of escalation for complex challenges to ensure fast and effective resolution.

As of March 1 2026 were moving to our brand-new office just a 3-minute walk from Sloterdijk station! Youll start with a temporary contract with the intention for a permanent position.

Your profile:

We are looking for a strong communicator and team leader who thrives in a dynamic growth-oriented environment. You enjoy bringing structure motivating others and finding smarter ways to work.

This is what you bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree (HBO/WO) in Business Administration Operations Management or a similar field;

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams in account support operational or business environments;

• Proven expertise in forecasting process improvement and operational excellence;

• Comfortable working with ERP systems (preferably Netsuite) and highly data-driven;

• Strong command of English and excellent communication and organizational skills.
