Social Content Creative (Flemish speaker)

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents ranging from Brand Strategists Creatives and Influencer Marketers to Account managers Producers and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what todays technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol and Philips to name a few.

JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our social creative team. We deliver quality content across all social channels that is platform-first engaging and always on trend. The team is small but growing and incredibly versatile & talented. The Social Creatives are responsible for ideating creating and posting the most engaging and on trend social content for a range of well known clients for the Dutch market. The position will be servicing the likes of; Philips Grolsch Viper Peroni bol and Veggie Butcher!

Youll be a culture-obsessed creative ready to come up with eye-catching organic and paid social ideas that are designed to be discovered in the fyp and beyond. Your ideas will connect brands to communities and culture - not just adding to the noise but building and creating real connections and driving engagement around organic social content.

Youll bring experience from a social role in-house or in agency and be able to sell your ideas with flair. Youll be able to demonstrate this with experience including concepting presenting with confidence and backing up your ideas with strategic insights trends and data.

This role requires concepting social shoots video production editing storyboarding reactive cultural content and copywriting so it goes without saying that youll know the latest creator coded social trends before anyone else does and understand how to spin those insights into compelling social-first content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver stand out ideas for organic paid social (planned and reactive) that connects brands to communities and culture
• Present your ideas succinctly and with confidence to clients
• Concept storyboard and write copy to bring your creative ideas to life
• View creative with a strategic mindset pulling in social trends data and insights
• Attend social-first shoots
• Use data to optimise and improve social content each month
• Create all content to a brands TOV
• Work collaboratively to create high-quality social content
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are Flemish native and fluent in Belgian culture
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in social-first ideas concepting copywriting and production
• Experience in using cultural trends and insights to create compelling social-first content
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
• A love for learning new things
• Great interpersonal and listening skills
• High attention to detail
