Job Description :
Senior Banking professional with extensive knowledge in either Lending Payments or Retail banking with experience leading a consulting engagement
Comprehensive understanding of Banking Industry Trends & Strategies across Retail Commercial Corporate Banking
Demonstrated Business Analysis skills - working on projects in the banking domain.
Design thinking and ability to work in fast paced and ambiguous situations
Comprehensive understanding of requirement elicitation techniques -
Comprehensive Knowledge of industry vertical or horizontal processes/issues
Demonstration of Thought Leadership in a particular area of banking domain like Customer Onboarding/Lending/Cards & Payments
Demonstrated independent development of solution offerings
Strong understanding of technology trends with banking Industry & applicability for technologies like Cloud Analytics Data IPA/RPA
Strong understanding and familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle including Agile methodology and Systems Analysis Use Case Modelling etc.
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills with a flair for writing documents & ability to present to various audiences.
Displays high levels of personal maturity and ability to perform in an unstructured ambiguous environment.
Ability to advance & shoulder greater responsibilities.
Ability and willingness to proactively accept and drive change
Ability to lead motivate and influence to accomplish objectives
Leadership experience in client facing situations.
Displayed leadership or initiative in work or personal settings.
Ability to groom team member for higher responsibilities
